The carbon industry was founded in 2009 and is the only graphite production and processing system in Pingdingshan that integrates five production processes: grinding, mixing, pressing, impregnation, roasting, and graphitization. It mainly engages in the research and development, production, and sales of a series of products such as coal, carbon, high-purity graphite, negative electrode materials, graphitization, lithium batteries, and hydrogen stacks. The company covers an area of over 1000 acres and has fixed assets exceeding one billion yuan. Having a complete set of advanced production equipment for high-purity graphite and negative electrode materials, it is one of the earliest carbon enterprises in China to engage in the research and development, production, and sales of new materials. It fully possesses the production conditions and capabilities for high-quality high-purity graphite and negative electrode materials, and has formed a high-quality and efficient synergy effect in production, achieving the ideal effect of maximizing output value, minimizing costs, and optimizing products. At present, the company can produce 60000 tons of high-purity graphite and 20000 tons of negative electrode materials, achieving sales revenue of about 3 billion yuan and annual profit and tax revenue of about 1 billion yuan. It is currently a carbon enterprise in China that integrates research and development, production, and sales of new materials. The carbon industry of the group plans to produce 300000 tons of high-purity graphite annually, 100000 tons of negative electrode materials annually, and 600000 tons of graphitization annually.
Production process:
Grinding and mixing: The raw materials are ground and mixed to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the raw materials.

Pressing: The raw materials that have been ground and mixed are pressed into the desired shape and size of the billet.

Impregnation: The pressed billet may require impregnation treatment to improve the properties and characteristics of the material.

Baking: The impregnated billet is sent to a high-temperature furnace for roasting to remove organic matter, improve the stability and high-temperature resistance of the material.

Graphitization: Finally, the roasted billet enters the graphitization stage, transforming it into graphite material with the characteristics and uses of graphite.

This integrated production process can effectively control key links in the production process, ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
High purity fine structure graphite
High purity high strength graphite is a special graphite with high purity and high strength. High purity graphite refers to the graphite with carbon content greater than 99.99%. High purity graphite has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, small coefficient of thermal expansion, self-lubricating, small coefficient of resistance and easy machining.
