Sizhitang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jiaxian County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, was founded in the 10th year of Guangxu (1884) of the Qing Dynasty. It was the earliest "Yang's Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall" with a history of 136 years. The institute is located in the east section of Hougong Avenue, Jiaxian County, "the hometown of longevity in China", only 2km away from the high-speed railway station. The hospital covers an area of 89 mu, with an existing building area of 21000 square meters, more than 300 sickbeds and 500 medical and nursing beds. There are 227 employees, including 61 with intermediate professional titles and 22 senior personnel. There are more than 10 clinical departments, including emergency department, internal medicine department of traditional Chinese medicine, internal medicine department of western medicine, stroke department, nephrology department, general surgery department, orthopedic surgery, microsurgery, gynecology department, neck shoulder waist leg pain department, rehabilitation medicine department, psychiatry department, preventive care department and other clinical departments and elderly care centers; There are more than 10 medical technical functional departments, including MRI, CT, DR, examination, ultrasound, ECG, gastroscope, hemodialysis, lithotripsy, anesthesia and other auxiliary departments. It is a national secondary non-profit private TCM hospital integrating medical treatment, rehabilitation, prevention, health care, scientific research and elderly care. It has successively won the titles of "National Zungu Innovation Demonstration Hospital", "National Private Integrity Hospital" and "National People's Trust Hospital". In 2016, it was awarded the "Director Unit" of Henan Aging Industry Association. In May 2018, it was selected as the base hospital of the National "13th Five Year Plan" Key R&D Program of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army - Comprehensive Screening of High Risk Population of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases, and in June 2019, it was selected as the first batch of pilot hospitals in Pingdingshan City to integrate medical care with nursing care.
