A news aroused great concern. According to the news from Run Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University Medical College, Ms. Luo (not her real name), who has been pregnant for 20 weeks+, is a lover of ice products. She ate cold drinks after pregnancy out of love for her baby. She was really greedy and ate two mouthfuls of cold cucumber to satisfy her craving... After two days, Ms. Luo felt slightly feverish and had a rest. After the fever subsided, she did not care much. However, in the face of the ultrasound report, I was shocked at the routine prenatal examination later - "fetal arrest"! After blood culture, doctors found that Ms. Luo was suffering from listeria, a so-called "refrigerator killer".

However, in the face of the ultrasound report, I was shocked at the routine prenatal examination later - "fetal arrest"! After blood culture, doctors found that Ms. Luo was suffering from listeria, a so-called "refrigerator killer".

What is Listeria?

Listeria monocytogenes is a kind of bacteria that can survive in both oxygen and oxygen free environments. It can be killed in 2 minutes at 70 ℃ high temperature, and can survive for 1 year at - 20 ℃ low temperature. The refrigeration temperature of household refrigerators is usually between 3 ℃ and 10 ℃, and the freezing temperature is usually between - 4 ℃ and - 24 ℃. These are "good places" for listeria to live and breed. Meat, eggs, poultry, seafood, dairy products, vegetables, etc. have been proved to be "hiding places" for listeria.

It can be seen that if you want to eat the food from the refrigerator, you must do a good job of cleaning the refrigerator. How can you resist the intrusion of these "refrigerator bacteria"?

1. When we store food in the refrigerator, we should separate raw food and cooked food, and wrap the food tightly with fresh bags or plastic wrap before putting it in the refrigerator.

2. Secondly, the refrigerator should be kept clean. The food stored in the refrigerator should not be too long. Some food that has been stored for a long time should be cleaned in time to avoid corruption.

3. Some foods can be stored in the refrigerator with preservative film, such as leftovers, which can avoid the breeding of various bacteria, and can also keep fruits and vegetables fresh for a longer time, and can also cover the odor. Friendly tips, cooking should be appropriate, try not to put cooked vegetables in the refrigerator.

4. The refrigerator shall be cleaned regularly. After the power is cut off, the interior and exterior of the refrigerator shall be cleaned with warm water or relevant cleaning products. The compartment and box shall also be removed for cleaning, and then ventilated and dried.

5. The door mat of the refrigerator is a place easy to accumulate dirt, especially the groove of the door mat should be repeatedly wiped and ventilated to dry.

6. The ice in the refrigerator should also be cleaned, especially in the freezing room. If the ice cream is not cleaned for a long time, it will not only consume a lot of electricity, but also affect the food storage. When you want to remove the frost in the refrigerator, you must remember that you must not use a sharp tool to knock it, otherwise it is easy to break the protective layer of the refrigerator, causing electric leakage. The ice and frost should be allowed to melt naturally. Remember to take protective measures, such as placing towels around it to prevent the melted water from flowing to other places.
